Video Card fan broke - Can't find replacement

The fan off my 4650 GPU went. I tried looking for a replacement but cant find the exact size anywhere.

Are there any solutions or should I just buy a new GPU ?

Or spend a little more and get a new HD 6670. It's about 50% faster than the HD 4650.
