Solution
not bad.

i would probably go with a strong single card instead of sli though since sli sometimes has issues.

if for gaming 16gb is a bit heavy (8gb is fine) but if you do photoshop, video editing, etc it might come in handy.

i'd go with a hx750 over a gs800. preferably i'd go seasonic, xfx or antec though if not the hx series.

win764 is on ebay for $79 fyi and it benefits a cause.

2x4gb 1866 ram is on newegg with promo code (gskill ripjaws x brand) for $68. great deal.

overall though doesnt look bad.

So single 770 is fine?

if that is what the price of two 760 in sli comes out to? then yes.

a single 770 will have less performance than two 760 in sli but its solid across the board. if a game doesnt support or like sli the 760's may fall way behind in that certain title.

this is why sli can be a great thing to do (when it works) since its cheaper however why it can also be a bad thing.

ultimately your choice but i always go for a strong single card myself.
