Yeah guys I realize there are better PSU's on the market but Im on a budget ...... will the rosewill power the 770? especially underload because my current PSU makes a buzzing noise when my 660 is underload.

I agree with Mohammadmo on this one, corsair and xfx are arguebly the psu suppliers.

You don't need splash any extra cash on a 750w+ model though, A 650w+ is plenty. Even 550w+ is adequate.

Hope this helps :p

NEVER EVER scrimp on a power supply, but if you have to go with one of those, I would take the Thermaltake

go with the ncix build but the thing is go for a 600+w power supply so whenever you upgrade your components you wont have to wrry

How about actual measured total system load topping at around 400watts under stress test http://anandtech.com/show/7392/the-geforce-gtx-770-roun...

Recommendations are always high because of generic PSU's that can not deliver but have to be taken into account.

I figured someone might ask this anyway but here are my other parts

i5-3570k@ stock clocks
ASRock Z77 Pro3
Corsair Vengeace 4GBx2
1 7200rpm HDD
and three USB devices

all of this and a GTX 770 (soon)
