Is 650w enough for intensive FPS gaming

I'm running a GTX 770 superclocked, i5 4670k (maybe overclocked with a H100i cooler), G1 sniper z78 mobo and 8 GB ram.

Minimum power requirements say 600 watts so it seems you're in the clear. But you're 50 watts away from the maximum, so just to be on the safe side, I'd go for a 700-750W power supply.

650w is plenty, just make sure that it's a QUALITY 650w. The XFX 650w is a good unit at a decent price.
