You'll be fine. Kinda on the lower side, but shouldn't see any problems with it. I wouldn't plan on overclocking it or the cpu really, but that's ok, the 270x is a good card.

For that money I don't think you'll find one able to push it, I'm surprised that one is that cheap. Like I said, don't plan on overclocking or anything, but it'll work. A nicer brand PSU would be preferable, but I understand with a budget that may not be possible.

Yeah, the Corsair CX series is great for people not trying to go crazy with power lol I was trying to keep it under 40, but that is a good PSU.

It's a more preferred brand, but it's probably a little bit better than the EVGA one. The difference between the two is preference, really.

also, just judging, if i do get the r9 270x will i run games like battlefield 4 on ultra settings

You won't see Ultra on that, although it may be possible with Mantle coming soon. Should be good for High settings though with good framerates.
