Cannot find place for CPU cable on my motherboard

I am build my first PC and I can't find a socket for the CPU cable on my motherboard from my PSU. My motherboard is a Gigabyte 970A-DS3P and my PSU is a Corsair CX430M. Thanks!

4-pin, top corner behind the heat sink, near the screw and right behind the rear-panel PS2 keyboard/mouse ports. it's kinda hidden.
