First what is the PC's main use going to be? Looks like gaming.

Then you need some ddr3 ram, and second you need a good power supply ( i know you didnt specify one).

You may also consider a HDD for storage as the ssd is relatively small.

The case looks ok to me i went real cheap on mine and it works well and the one you picked has good airflow (from what i saw on the home site) and space. However a case is important as far as airflow and cable management go to help keep heat down and keep a good lifespan on your parts.

I'd go with 6-8GB of RAM as all though some say 4GB is fine when i upgraded to 8GB from 4gb i saw a good improvement on the higher powered games.

As for the power supply a good rule is to use one with an "80+" rating of at least bronze as these are efficient and mostly good quality ( in my experience, not come across a bad one ) as cheap PSU's can be under-rated at best and dangerous fire hazards at worst. i know this as my first build had a £20 750w psu that started smoking and killed off most of my pc.

Good brands are Corsair, Seasonic and Antec.

Is 16 gb ram overkill? And should I get an extra fan?
Once again thank you for the support.

I would go with one extra intake fan and one output at the back but the more the better cooling wise as long as the intake is equal or more than the output to prevent dust being sucked in as more intake means positive pressure.

16GB feels like overkill to me but im on a budget so i go with what works. saying that though a lot of people i know are going for more RAM for gaming so it cant hurt to have a bit more than necessary.

16gb is overkill, and so is the I7 4770k. The I5 4670k is just as good as the i7 for gaming, but costs much less. If you get the i5 and a cheaper motherboard (like the a stock extreme4. It will be just as good for gaming and overclocking.) You could afford a gtx 770 or maybe a 780

If you want a very good PC around $1800 to play games like BF4, crisis3... than I can recommand you watching this video:

the parts are in the description and in the video itself you can see some performance examples, how you need to build the PC and how to install windows :)
