I have been looking at many keyboards and mouses. I finally narrowed it down to the ones that I want. The problem is, I don't know if the keyboard and mouse are compatible with my Windows 8.1 Oem.

I want to make sure that I get the mouse and keyboard that are compatible with windows 8.1. I don't want to spend money on it to find out my keyboard and mouse are useless because it is not compatible. If you can help, Thanks :D

What makes you think it wouldn't be compatible? In my years i don't think i've heard of an incompatible mouse/keyboard with an operating system. :) They will be fine with what you have
Windows 8 is the same as 7 it just uses a new interface for the Start system. Other than that the desktop is the same and any mouse/keyboard will work with it.

There are some mice that are specifically designed to work with features of the Metro UI but are not needed for the most part.

104 keyboard shouldn't need any special drivers to work.

Your mouse is not listed as supported, but does show support for Windows 7 64 bit so there is a high probability that the software will work. Almost guaranteed to get functionality out of all the buttons (maybe not in the order you want)
