Assassins Creed Black Flag | FPS Issue

I get around 30-40 fps on assassins creed black flag, I've changed the resolution and settings but still didn't make a difference to the fps. Is there anything I could do?
Computer Specs:
GTX 560 TI Directcu II - Video Card
AMD FX-6300 - Processor
12 Gb DDR3(1333Mhz) - Ram

better graphics card is the answer unfortunately. the 500 series cards still perform decent but you wont see the 60-80 fps that a new card can handle from it. other option (depending on your motherboard and processor) is to go SLI (get a 2nd card of the same make/model, connect for more performance)

if you are thinking of a new card, go with a gtx 760 or better (I myself have a gtx 770) and you will see more fps in all games for sure.

What do you expect out of a 560 Ti? It's 3 generations old and was a mid tier card when new. The CPU is also mid tier. I think those are pretty decent numbers from that system. It's a pretty demanding game.

Couple that with the rather "meh" optimization and you get lackluster performance :lol:

For you specifically turn off the volumetric fog and other taxing effects if you haven't already, they are major fps killers

It might not be very well optimized but I can't quit playing the stupid thing. Best game I have played since maybe Skyrim or Mass Effect 3. Great storyline combined with the open world makes it addictive as hell. Even with my Superclocked GTX 780 and 2600K at 4.5Ghz at 1920 x 1080 I have everything at max except I have MSAA at 4x and God rays at low.

That's true, taking down a fleet of ships, looting them and escaping from pirate hunters is surely satisfying

I completed the game and loved it. i want Assassins Creed 5 already

I think maybe overclock your CPU a little if you have decent aftermarket cooling and get a new GPU
