Is it possible for this GPU to be used for Dual Monitors?

Solution
Then that card should handle it with a breeze...I would suggest getting something a lil better to future proof otherwise you're set :)

What kind of GPU a 2GB one? Is there one that's good that's future proof and cheap?

Without knowing the rest of your system, it is impossible to suggest a PSU.
But modular would lead to better cable management, because you can use ONLY the cables you need, rather than having to tuck all the unused ones somewhere.

Not a GPU with higher memory but a GPU with higher specs such as a 7870/7970. Higher memory will only benefit you in larger display resolutions. Which also leads me to ask what is the monitor that your GPU will be driving?

Regarding PSU:
Modular is obviously better when it comes to cablemanagement but the point I'll ask you to look over/research is getting a PSU that has a 80+ Gold rated standard(at least) and of reliable build.

^ USAFret beat me to it :D

I am also on a budget build so....... Why not semi or non mod?

I've mentioned it already.

A non modular unit will have all the cables some pre-assembled with the unit. After you've built your system, you'll quickly realize that the leftover cables are a real hassle to deal with. Depending on the case you'll choose this ordeal will either be greatly simplified or become a horror story worth pinching yourself out of. Simplified if your case has room behind mobo tray to hide them cables.

A semi modular unit has some cables pre-assembled with the unit. These cables are usually the 24pin mobo connector and the 12v EPS cable. The rest are added upon the users needs/requirements. Similar to the previous pointer the cable managing becomes easier since you have fewer cables to deal with.

So what's it gonna be ?
