Toshiba Satellite P755 has default Windows 7 Boot options that won't let me boot from toshiba recovery cd

I tried, Key C, F2, F8, F12, and esc. C and all F keys takes me to Windows Boot Options which gives me access to repair the computer via windows repair. I called Toshiba Support and they said they can't help me because they don't have a solution for that. I can't access any other boot options with any key, no boot orders, no main boot system, I don't even have the Toshiba splash screen anymore apon startup.

it sounds like a problem with your BIOS or your RAM , follow this to troubleshoot the RAM http://hubpages.com/hub/5-Symptoms-of-a-RAM-Problem-and-How-to-Fix-It
and for the Bios you will need to flash it with the latest version or remove the CMOS battery but to remove the CMOS battery you will have to take the laptop apart hope this helps
