I have a Sony Bravia TV 32" which I connect to my XFX 7950 through HDMI.
The native resolution of the TV is 1366*768 at 60Hz
In the options available 1920*1080 but the thing is that is looks blurry/fuzzy.. I think it is not 1080p but 1080i so this causes the way it looks
1) Can it damage my display and/or graphics card?
2) Is there a way I can make it look fine?
3) Any advice?

The blurring is probably because the TV is scaling the image to the lower resolution. Sending the TV a 1080P signal shouldn't hurt it (cable/satellite boxes do just that in Full HD mode). If you drop the resolution to the native resolution, does everything clear up?

Yes, when I use 1360*768 everything is okay! Is there any way I can make it look okay? I don't have money for a good monitor, and I won't go back to my old 17" 1440*900 with VGA..
I tried to make it fit with the Catalyst but there was no luck using the 1080p option

It was unchecked already..
I changed the input name to "PC" and it seems to be better now..
