For the most part you've chosen a fairly decent AMD Card and a mid level to nothing nVidia, so I'm not sure why you're asking.

The HD 7790 is overall much better than the GTX 650. I'm an nVidia fan myself but there is no denying it.
Here are the statistics for you.

Around 65% better passmark score
Around 95% better 3DMark vantage texture fill score
More than 65% better 3DMark vantage graphics score
Around 2x better 3DMark 11 graphics score
Around 15% quieter idle noise level
Around 2.2x better floating-point performance, That's 1.7 GFlops
20% higher effective memory clock speed
More than 85% better passmark direct compute score

Bench marks are similarly so.
Crysis 3 = 30fps varying. Where as the GTX 650 is 18fps
