I have a i7-4770k overclocked:
1 core at 4.7Ghz
2 cores at 4.6Ghz
3 cores at 4.5Ghz
4 cores at 4.4Ghz
I am using a Kraken x60 in pull configuration, and the overclock is stable at 2.8v
Running prime95 small fft's overnight the hottest core hits a max temp of 72c, in game with BF4, temps are closer to 55-60
Is this an acceptable temperature? I was contemplating delidding the CPU and applying CLU instead of the stock TIM on the CPU. Should I go that route or be happy with what I have?
