I am looking for a mini ITX motherboard to work with my 4770K i7 for a gaming build. I have considered some boards from Asus, MSi, Gigabyte, and ASRock. (Links Below)

Pretty much any item on this page would work:

what I am interested in is one full PCIe Slot for my GPU, the LGA1150 socket, and stable overclocking, as well as an all around excellent motherboard. I am open to any suggestions but I really do appreciate any help. Thanks!

Hello
While the asrock on is cheaper, please remember that with price comes quality and i believe that the best motherboard for overclocking and the one i have in my personal gaming rig is the asus z87i pro or deluxe it would be the only one other than the new msi z87i gaming edition motherboard.

AsRock makes quality boards. I have an Extreme4 in my rig and it is high quality and works great

When you want the best overclocking capability, you need to shift your focus away from price point a little bit. The price of the board is often not determined by software features, UEFI quality, etc., but more in the capacitors and materials used by the connectors. Or even the connectors themselves. I don't trust the 4 pin aux connectors on boards I would use to overclock with. And in terms of budget the 3770k is about 100 dollars more and this motherboard about 120 more than basic but will overclock like a beast with a good cooling solution and a quality PSU (I usually go for at least gold, recommend at least silver for stable power draw). I also want to point out that games won't be stuck at 4 threads forever, so 3 years from now, would you not prefer to just replace your GPU or drop another 800 minimum for a PC to get back to ultra settings on newer UHD monitors.
