Figured I would make an account , cant seem to find a solution through the posts i've looked at .

Basically this is how it goes I use my computer daily have had it for 6 months and I kid you not since day 1 ive had this problem at random times no patterns my computer will play a soundloop usually a buzzing sound and freeze even with it sitting there it will not unfreeze until I do a hard reset. I can be playing games, sitting on steam with nothing going it does not matter it will freeze and lockup eventually 2 minutes after restart or 12 hours . My computer specs are as follows.
NZXT Gaurdian 921 Case
i5 - 3570k Cpu
EVO 212+ cpu cooler
Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 800w PSU
ASrock z77 Extreme4 - mobo
64gb crucial m4 SSD - used for windows 7
1 TB western digital blue HDD
Geforce GTX 550ti video card
Ripjaw 1600mhz DDR3 ram 2X4gb
Ok originally had a seasonic 550w PSU it died I bought a new one problem continued with the coolermaster one. upgraded my GPU to a Gigabyte GTX 770 4gb card , Still same problem, formated and reinstalled windows on my SSD . still happening ... Memtest for 24 hours 0 errors . gpu removed used integrated graphics problem persisted . Temps in my system are 30c CPU / mobo at idle and with full load never exceeding 45c .
however i noticed the evo 212 cooler can rotate if i lightly twist it or anything dont know if this is normal but wasnt really worried about it since my cpu had never seen 50c witha full load anyways . Im lost on what to do I do not want to pay someone to do this when I am fully capable of doing it with some guidance...

I have also diabled on board audio with device manager , diabling the realtek and Hd audio one at a time problem is still there. and I am not in power saving mode.
