COD Ghosts flickers a lot, even when quality lowered. My build is:

MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard
ASUS HD6670-2GD3 Radeon HD 6670 2GB 128-bit DDR3 Video Card
AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) with DirectX 11 Graphic AMD Radeon HD 7660D
G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) CURRENTLY 1333 ???
KINGWIN STR-500 500W ATX 12V v2.2, EPS 12V v2.91 and SSI EPS 12V v2.92 SLI Ready

Beside the game flashing like crazy, the CPU is screaming at 4.2 (max) during video sequences and is choppy as AOL on a rusty line. And I haven't a clue as to why. All drivers updated before the game was downloaded. Currently working with the dual graphics mode ON, and OC Genie is ON. I lowered the quality to LOW or OFF on most advanced in-game video options.

Solution
By dual gpu, do you mean sli/crossfire? If so, try disabling it. That's the most simple solution. My only other idea is that maybe this is caused by not turning on vsync. But that would be a pretty big effect for just not having vsync on.

I turned on vsync on with same result. I'll try the system on solo GPU see what happens...
The "Dual graphis" is an AMD term for motherboard CPU/GPU and Graphics card working together much like crossfire.

A lot of times this happens to be bad drivers or the game just poorly ported to pc. i know state of decay does this "shadow flashing" i've tested the game on both radeon and nvidia cards. i even used old and new drivers for both cards. i know you're looking for an answer but i can only troubleshoot a few things before i must come the the conclusion that the game or drivers need to be updated or worst case: video card is on its way out.

did you ever switch from nvidia?
are your drivers updated?
did you try a re-install of the drivers by using a driver sweeping software?
how old is your GPU?

and btw your RAM is running at 1333 because the bios under-clocked it to meet the voltage requirements. mine does the same thing

Edit: whats your resolution size?

I agree with what the other guy said. Try reinstalling drivers or updating them. COD ghosts also has a ton of problems on the PC. I'm not sure if they've been fixed yet. But the game won't even start for some people because it thinks they don't have enough ram.

A few points:
1) The GPU in your APU uses System RAM which actually scales pretty linearly up to 2133MHz. By running at 1333MHz memory you are losing a lot of your graphics performance.

Try updating the motherboard BIOS, then click "AUTO" for CPU/RAM performance and see if that helps (or "AMP" I think it's called.)

2) You have a 2GB dedicated card for Crossfire (or Dual Graphics). Since the System RAM is used by the APU's GPU, you likely have to allocate the amount to be used in your motherboard BIOS. You should put it to 2GB.

3) You need a better CPU cooler if it's "screaming" at you. A Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($30) might fit but verify that.

4) We need to know if OTHER GAMES have the same issue. If three other games work fine then it is likely specific to COD Ghosts.

5) COD GHOSTS has a major, major issue during CUT SCENES on my high-end computer if VSYNC is ON. I quit playing because the cut scenes were unwatchable, so I'd be forced to STOP the game and turn VSYNC OFF before a cut scene which ruins the experience.

So, waiting for the game to be fixed (I'm holding my breath as we speak).

Update on MEMORY:

As said, it's likely a Voltage issue. Your motherboard appears to support 1.5Volts only. It does specify 2133MHz with Overclock so I'm unsure if that means above 1.5Volts or not.

SOME of the 2133MHz Ripjaws memory works at 1.5Volts at 2133MHz but some does not.

Also, a newer BIOS update may have a profile for your memory to default to.

*Regardless, you should do THIS:
1) Update the motherboard BIOS, if newer exists

2) Set the PROFILE to Auto or (AMP?) to see what frequency shows up.

3) If you can't get to 2133MHz on auto settings then try it MANUALLY, but run MEMTEST after. You may need to tweak the timings as well.

It's entirely possible you can't hit 2133MHz but get it as high as you can up to that point. You should find out what the MAX VOLTAGE is for your memory. If it requires 1.6Volts or more then it MIGHT not be possible (I really don't know).

Here's the deal. All BIOS up to date and I ran it twice to makesure. Heard around that DUAL graphics pulls extra voltage, so I turned it off. I didn't know what to do with the voltage so I left it alone. Tried the game again and the video worked...better than before. At least I could understand the dialog. A post on YouTube sudgested reducing the game to "window" mode in the in-game options. Tried that and video played about the same (so, so). The game did not flicker anymore, so there is something to it.

Where can I get the info for jumping up voltage without frying the equipment?

All other games have not had an issue. Skyrim, Star trek Online, Bad Company 2.
