You'd need 2x NICs on your pc, one which you already have connected to get internet and the 2nd one to connect it to the "internet" port on your TP-Link Router, on your pc make a bridge between both ethernet interfaces (in Win7 go to control panel-> Network Center and shared resources-> change the adapter settings: select both interfaces and right click on either one and choose "bridge connection".
After that, follow the next steps:
-Configure your router to have your college IP (have it set as static in your pc because every time it gets changed via DHCP you will have to reconfigure your router) as its default gateway (say your PC has IP 192.168.1.104 that would be your router's defaut gateway)
-Assign the router a static IP in the same subnet (say 192.168.1.250, make sure that IP isn't already in use)
-Make sure your router DHCP will assign a different range of IPs to your wireless devices (say 172.16.x.x), also make sure NAT is activated (usually that comes enabled by default)
With that set your router should be able to give internet connection via it's wireless to your mobile devices.
