How do I add items to the right click context menu?

I do a lot of lua programming, and I want the right click "New" menu to include a black lua file, and possible other files in the future. How do I do this? Any help is appreciated!

the link did not give the path for the lua file creation. I got as far as making the key, but then I did not know what would make it open a lua a file
