So this has been a really frustrating issue with my computer. First I was playing League of legends and my computer crashed I had windows 8.1 and it shut down and when I would turn it on it would get to the home screen and no icons and you couldnt click anything so I ended up reformating the HDD and putting a copy of win 7 on there then it crashed again so I bought a new HDD and then my friend gave me a enterprise copy of Win 7 I think when he got to the instal menu he clicked on add the windows files and the HDD freezed and when we went to try again it would go to the Win 7 start screen and now it sits there we thought it had to do with my DVD drive so I just replaced it it still sits at the starting windows screen. the HDD passes and the CPU passes and the memory is brand new so is a new HDD and now a new DVD drive IM SO LOST lol someone please help me
