Please help with my dilemma.

I have a new build Haswell based PC and I need to install Windows 8.1 (64bit) standard version. I live in Norway so buying a UK English version of the install DVD is not an option for me. So I resorted to the following steps:

1 - Paid for the Win8.1 OS on the Microsoft website and received the confirmation email containing the product key.
2 - Downloaded the iso file to usb flash drive using my old Windows 7 32bit PC.
3 - Installed the operating system on my new PC using the iso on the bootable usb flash drive.

During installation I was given no option of which version of Windows I wanted to install (32 or 64) and after checking, I realised I had the incorrect 32 bit version on my new rig. It seems that Microsoft assumes I wanted to install the 32 bit version on 8.1 to my new PC because that was the OS on my old rig.

I then downloaded the WIn8.1 ISO file using my girlfriends computer (which runs a Norwegian version of Windows 7 64bit) and realised that the ISO was now 64 bit as I wanted, but now in Norwegian. Why will Windows not allow me to choose what I want?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a legitimate windows 8.1 64 bit UK (or English) version (not the pro version).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers
