it really is an overkill but why is there not a CPU cooler? the Haswell CPU's naturally run hot and since you choose a 'K' series that means overclocking is implied so therefore you should get a very very good CPU cooler else you risk damaging your CPU and your motherboard.....also you can go with a i7-4960X as it is a little better than a i7-4930K and to get the money for that you can drop the 3rd GTX 780 ti
