How do i set the right parameters for my memory?

I just finished installing my new rig.
Asus Hero
intel 4770k
Corsair 2133mhz, cl 10 memory.

If i set the memory speed to auto in the bios. then its set to 1333 mhz. which is slow.
if i use the XMP Memory Profile, then it is set to 2133mhz. which is overclocking, and i dont want to do it at this moment.

I can (i guess) manually set the freq to 1600mhz, which is the right setting for i4770k. But how will i know the right latency for the speed?

i changed it back to auto. and mem is set to 1333mhz. and i can only see the current Latency for 1333mhz. there is no max settings for 1600mhz?

Actually, i am a totally newbie for this. I dont have a clue what i am doing. I better should have bought 1600mhz memory, so i could set everythign to Auto ,which is what i always do. I tought there would be a profile for 1600mhz too , but nope , only for 2133mhz.

But that will be an Overclocked speed. Which i dont want at the moment.

My hardware knowladge is a bit outdated. If i set the memory to 2133mhz. Is that an isolated mem frequency ? or in order to achieve this speed , does it overclock other parts of the system too ? (like CPU and FSP)

No, should be fine, the 2133 will OC the MC (memory controller) a bit, but shouldn't require any extra voltage (unless your 4770K has a weak MC, most all 4770Ks I've built with have taken 2133 with no adjustments other than enabling XMP - 2400 and up may require a slight CPU OC
