My specs:
ASUS P7H55D-M EVO
i5-760

Recently, I noticed that my PSU is failing. Therefore, I decided to upgrade my PC:
500W cooler master PSU => 450W cosair PSU
2x2Gb RAM => 2x4Gb RAM
ATI Radeon 5570 => nVidia GTX 650Ti

After upgrading, this happened:

When I turn off my PC and unplug the power cord, after awhile this screen pop up after I plug my power cord again and power up my PC. This problem will not happen if I turn off my PC and leave the power cord plugged.
When it happens, my CPU fan goes wild (around 3000RPM), my bios setting is reset but the time is still correct.

I tried:
Update BIOS via EZ Flash
Change BIOS battery

So what's wrong with my system?

I would have said it was your CMOS battery, but you changed it..

I'm guessing the MOTHERBOARD is defective. Things to try:

1) Reset your CMOS
2) Flash the motherboard BIOS (may need to change some settings back after)
3) confirm the CMOS reset jumper isn't.. jumped

You appear to be able to BOOT into Windows successfully though.

Yeah. It boot up and use my PC normally. I wonder if my previous failing PSU did anything wrong with my Motherboard. It appears to be a problem with the CMOS battery. Maybe I should try another new battery.
