my build is this:
cpu i7 3770k lga 1155
Motherboard : asus v formula lga 1155
ram : 16 gb (2x8) ddr3 1600mhz
case : Thermaltake Commander snow editon <- i will buy it tomorrow with the cpu cooler.
gpu : asus 7850 hd series. (in february i will got in my hands 2 gtx 780 gpu or 1 gtx 780 ti or maybe 2 gtx 780 ti idk yet -.-)
thermal paste : artic silver 5 3.5gr
im not from US but i have these cpu cooler to choose.
Cooler Master Seidon 120m or Antec Kuhler H2o 620
the difference price between of the cpu coolers in my country is like $5
those 2 cpu are good for OC ? or i need to buy a better one ?
btw what normal coolers can recommend for a better air flow .

thanks for all the help i will get :).

Solution
That really looks like a nice build, and I would also reccommend the Cooler Master 212 EVO.
As for normal fans for the case, any fan is good, so just choose them based on Price and leds/colors. It is always reccommended to get the biggest fans your case can support for better and quieter airflow (120mm, 140mm?).

Hope you enjoy it!
