can i put a graphics card in my gateway dx4370

i bought a new desktop and want to start to play some games im just not sure if my motherboard is able to support a graphics card i am really asking if someone has had the computer and put one in or knows someone who has and can tell me if it worked

Yes you can put a graphics card on it. I can suggest the Radeon HD 7790(whichever model you find the cheapest) and upgrade your power supply to a good 400W(Corsair CX430). Anything over a 7790 will be bottleneck.
