Hello,

I am confused to select graphics card for PC.

1- Will AMD r9 270x compatible with my m5a78l-m lx plus mother board

if yes
2- Should i go for Gtx 650 Ti or AMD r9 270x

Solution

Hi again - The R9 270x is a much stronger GPU than the 650ti, if you can afford it, it will provide you more performance.
All you need to do is make sure it will fit in your case(it should, but be sure). Your mobo has a pcie x16 slot, it's 2.0 the GPU is 3.0 but backwards compatible with no decrease in performance.

You need a good solid power supply for you new GPU. A nice 650watt Corsair, Antec, XFX, or Seasonic would do nicely.

Since your motherboard ONLY supports one (1) GPU, go for the highest end card you can afford.

NVidia:
GTX 760, 770, or 780....

AMD:
R9 270X, 280X, or 290X....
