Hello,
I need to pick up a Wireless adapter for my new build.
It is a desktop and I dont need the mobility of the USB one
My question is:
Does PCIE ones offer better performance and stability?
Which ones have better signal?
Which has less weird buggs?
Which is better suited for a stationary desktop?

Im looking at the very lowend, cheapest possible.
The pc is atmost, 8-10m from the router, with 2 wall of distance.
The signal from router is pretty strong, I get around 1-2 bars on my S2 outside on the street in front of the house which is like 15m from the router

Its mostly going to be a personal preference I suspect. Pci cards used to be faster because USB was slower than the wireless. Now other than 802.11ac where you must have USB3 the speed is not a factor.

I tend to like USB devices that already have a USB cable or you can add one to allow you to place the adapter away from the machine. PCI cards generally have better antenna and in theory get more signal but because they are placed so close to the metal case and people stuff these machines under desks against walls the signals get blocked. Of course you have the same issue if you place one of the tiny USB adapters into the back of a desktop machine also.
