I don't know if this is the right area or not, but it was the best i could find. I have a thermaltake level 10 GT snow edition case. it has a built in manual fan controller, but i connected the fans directly to the motherboard (Asus Z87-Pro) because i trust the motherboard to control them better than myself. But there is a problem with this... The fans have multiple led colors and modes, all of which are controlled through the built in fan controller. since my fans are wired to the motherboard, that button does not work. Does anybody have any suggestions for what i could to have the fans controlled automatically, and have the option to change the leds? Thanks!

I don't know how to do what you want to do. Actually, I suspect it isn't possible without rewiring the fans but whatever. With that said, the fans in that case are very low speed fans; there should be no issue running them off the fan controller. If you are really worried about it, you can leave it turned up all the way. You aren't going to notice much difference in sound between 600rpm and 800rpm
