Laptop keeps turning off? HELP!

So my brothers laptop keeps bootting off. Just started this morning. It either boots off while booting on, or it boots off after you sign in..max time you'd get is like 2 min which is no good cause its slow after it boots. We just need to backup a few files. Help? What do i do? I did a hard boot. Is it a heating issue? Its not hot, its warm? HDD health is 98%. ITS WINDOS 7 HOMEBASIC. Thanks.

copy the files to which desktop? i dont have a USB/Sata cable...I dont think they sell them here.

You cant really open the bottom until i remove ALL THE SCREWS and pop the WHOLE bottom off.
