I upgraded from a Radeon 5750 to a 650ti Boost SC 1gb I found for 100$ used on ebay. In OOC monitoring it shows 324mhz clock! This card is supposed to run at 980MHz core clock and 1033Mhz boost clock. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I have already ordered a new power supply after experiencing shutdowns at full loads.
Please examine this chart and let me know what you think.
