I haven't researched on other boards yet but I've found this one, http://www.msi.com/product/mb/990FXA-GD65.html#/?div=Overview, currently it is around $150 in newegg but they are out of stock right now, hope this helps. :)

Thank you, that does help :) HOWEVER, I think i'm gonna go with an i5 4670k. I keep reading that it runs alot cooler than the fx 8350 and the money I would save by buying the 8350 would have to be spent on a cooling solution. The i5 runs at 84 watts and the fx runs at 125 watts. Plus, the 4670k is supposed to be superior to the 8350 for gaming, if only by 5 fps or so.

Soooo now ima start a thread for a good INTEL mobo under $150.
    Thanks again!

Good choice! I also prefer Intel cpus over AMD for gaming as well.. Good luck on finding your mobo :)
