Pc Window cleaning

I have a perspex windows on my bitfenix prodigy which is very grubby and i was wondering what was the best way to clean a pc window because using a cloth just seems to make more mess and smudges.

I normally just dust my windows off but if they get really grimy, I'll use an "electronics cleaning wipe" (the same thing I use to clean my LCD's) but I'll suggest dusting first to minimize scratching. I believe the actual recommendation here is to use a mild soap with water though.
