HELP! Unable GPU Overclocking without going into EVGA Precision X?

Hey so i have a problem here i accidentally got my sliders to +300 on the core of my GTX 660 and now it doesn't give me any display! I've tried restarting the computr but i just realized that i tick the start OC on windows so can anybody help me out!

  1. take the gpu out of the machine, connect your monitor to the motherboard on board graphics and untick start on boot, then reinsert your gpu and walla!
