i just bought a graphic card amd radeon HD7730 1GB DDR5 and intalled it in my hardware intel DH67BL
with i5 2500k and giving a PSU of 500Watts.
but the main problem is that the PC is not booting up when is connect the card in slot.
even i tried to install lower end graphics i.e, radeon HD5450 2GB DDR3,
it boots up and graphic card runs over very poor performance.
please help me suggest something.

Update your bios if you haven't already then uninstall the old drivers and then reboot and install the new card and the new drivers.
