Hi all,

Happy new year . I'd just like some second opinions before heading off and buying a new PSU (Undecided).

My initial question is, is this PSU enough for my system.

I upgraded my Phenom 2 to a FX 6300. Along with that I purchased the Cooolermaster extreme 2 525. I'm guessing the true wattage is not 525 as it does not say "W" after the 525. Yes i'm on a tiny budget

My PC build consists of:

Regular mini atx motherboard (2 slots for ram).
FX 6300 CPU (95w)
Two 4gig sticks of Patriot memory DDR3 1333mhz.
1 Sata 7200rpm HDD.
1 LG DVD RW
2 125mm LED fans.
GTX 480 Non OC. Custom cooler attached - Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme Plus II
And obviously the accessories, KB, mouse and Xbox controller.

I'm considering getting the gtx 660 in the near future possibly.

Is this PSU sufficient for? Or is it too low, considering the high consumption from the gtx 480.

Here is the review of the 475 watt version. http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/artic...-Review/1550/1

Thanks
