Graphics card compatibility

hi im building a pc and was wondering if a graphics card im looking at buying would be compatible with the motherboard im using. the motherboard is the Z87-PRO and im looking at getting the ASUS GeForce GTX 760 GPU. this is my first build so im a little unsure on the compatibility of certain things

im using the z87 pro motherboard with the intel core i7 4770k processor and the seasonic platinum 860w PSU. my budget is around the $1600 mark.

I like this build except you need a Z87 mobo to overclock when you have a "k" overclocking CPU. Also 8 gb of ram is ideal but you want 2x4gb sticks not a single stick
