I need settings for overclocking my i7 980!!

I'm a nooby when It comes to overclocking and I know my CPU can be overclocked a lot and has a lot of power. can someone please give me some settings for the overclock.

Here is my system:
i7 980 3.33GHz
Gigabyte GTX 770 WindForce 3x OC 2GB
Kingston HyperX Blu 12GB
Gigabyte G1.Guerrilla Intel® X58+ ICH10R
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB Corsair
Force GS 180GB
Be Quiet! CM BQT L8-730W PSU Pure Power

Don't know why I put Z87 sorry. The motherboard is a 1366 socket.

Do you have any overclocking setting for me. Hopefully you can give me a solution!

My I have a ANTEC H2O-620 Liquid Cooling Kit.

I'm a complete noob to overclocking so any help with be much appreciated!

I know how to enter the advanced bios settings. But I need help on what to change and how to be safe with voltages etc. I don't want to overclocked insanely I just want to go from say my i7 980's 3.33ghz stock speed to 3.8 or 4.0ghz after overclocked and I want it to be as stable as possable!

Do you think, I should copy the same settings to begin with ? or just put things a little lower from what he puts them on the video?

I don't have the i7 980x I have the i7 980 but I think it's basically the same.
