is my cpu intel core i5 3340 will bottleneck with sapphire r9 270x boost ? or what is the best gpu for this cpu ? i want to spend 200-300$

270x will work with 3340, and may be the best option in your budget

I believe that getting a bbetter GPU is actually better for gaming and a better future bet, get the 7950:

It goes either way, 7950 have 3GB and win in some things, but Sapphire 270x have higher clock and memory clock, but it's op to decide, either gpu is decent within the price range
