Motherboard : Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU : AMD FX-6300
Ram : Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL8 Vengeance

The HD7790 has slightly more performance but is close http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_7790_Dual-X/26.html There will be no noticeable performance difference so really which ever is cheaper, they will play the same games on same settings.

Careful. The GTX650 ti BOOST and the HD7790 is in the same price class. And the Boost is considerably better.

The HD7790 is cheaper and slightly more powerful so that is the one I would buy!
