I have a RJ45 N+ Belkin router and wish to connect to ADSL line .
Please, How do I make this possible ? Router Model Ver.2034uk

ADSL (or cable, or FiOS or dialup) requires some sort of modem. That translates the signal from the ISP into something a router can understand.

What specific model router is it?

That appears to be 'just' a router. You can't just hook an ADSL line into it. You need an ADSL modem. The router then connects to the modem.
