Hi, I'm going to buy Zotac GTX 650 Ti soon, I'm on limited budget
Can I get >30fps if I play a game in high at 1366x768 ?
I wanna play game such as Battlefield 4, Dirt 3, NFS Hot Pursuit, GTA V (maybe), COD Ghost, and PES14

Here is my specifications:
ASUS H61M-C
Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz
2x4GB Corsair Vengeance Black Edition
750GB hardrive
Corsair CX500 psu

I'm sorry for my bad english, i'm from Indonesia by the way :D

Solution
From what you have posted I assume that you have a 19" monitor and are willing to game on a resolution of 1366x768.
The games that you mentioned all have different performance requirements. Games like BF4 and GTA V may require a more powerful grafic card than other games on the list. If you are on a tight budget you can also buy a 7790 1GB, GTX 650ti 1GB or a R7-260X 1GB for about the same price. with all these card you could max-out the settings and probably get around >40fps(mostly).

Another thing that can be done to get more fps turn down the anti-aliasing setting. Personally I dont feel any difference with aa turned all the way when you are already running on max resolution.

If you are going to buy a monitor in a few months that...

Read the Forms!!

This website has so many great things to read. Personaly I like Nvidia more than AMD, but at the end of the day its about drivers, and FPS. AMD will have better drivers for different games than Nvidia. Both are great and have to compete with pricing.

You said that you have a 1366x768. Sounds like you need a new monitor, a 1080p monitor.

I highly recommend Asus for monitors, even if they are a little more money.

Maybe instead of buying a new monitor you can save up for a Oculus Rift or G-sync and other technologies coming soon.

If you are going to buy a monitor in a few months that would have resolution:1920x1080, then you could buy a 2gb variant of the cards mentioned and run all the games in medium-high settings. If you really are going to buy a bigger monitor in the future I would suggest that you buy a better card to run games on high settings at 1920x1080, like a gtx660 2gb or a r9-270 2gb or a 7870 2gb.

All in all for 1366x768 a 1GB card : 7790,r7-260x or a gtx650ti would be sufficient.

May I add additional question on this thread please. Which one is better on these options?

1st one is:
GPU
EVGA GeForce GTX 650 2GB Superclocked
CUDA CORES 384
GPU CLOCK 810MHz
VIDEO MEMORY 2GB
EFFECTIVE MEM SPEED 5000MHz
MEM BANDWIDTH 80 GBps
MEM INTERFACE DDR5
MEM INTERFACE WIDTH 128bit

2nd one is:
GPU
EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti SSC
CUDA CORES 768
GPU CLOCK 1071MHz
VIDEO MEMORY 1GB
EFFECTIVE MEM SPEED 5400 MHz
MEM BANDWIDTH 86.4 GBps
MEM INTERFACE GDDR5
MEM INTERFACE WIDTH 128bit

So you see, the gtx650 superclocked has 2GB but has lesser cuda cores and lesser gpu clock while the gtx650ti has more cuda cores but only 1gb and has higher gpu clock.

I have a 650 Ti ran it for some time just upgraded. It ran BF4 on a mixture of High, Ultra, and Medium setting with AA off and AO set to SSAO at 60-70+FPS on 1080p so yes this card will handle games just fine at that resolution. Just be sure to optimize and toy with setting to find the sweet spot. Not to mention the 650 Ti's have a lot of head room for overclocking with little limitation. Hope this helps! :)

Another thing I would like to add is that if the price of the 7790 or R7-260x and gtx 650ti is the same... Following are some things to consider:

Amd cards have mantle and according to what I read AMD mantle claims to give upto 45% increase in performance (in BF4).
source.

I would go Nvidia if I were to do some gamerecordings (with the help of its shadowplay).
or
I would go for a 7790 or r7-260x(for mantle )
and r7-260x also has True Audio which works as a dedicated audio card. That means with r7-260x you would be getting the benifits of a audio as well as a nice video card+ Mantle support (although I doubt that many game devs will be willing to use Mantle API).

Personally I too game on a 18.5 inch monitor (will upgrade to a 1080p monitor in a couple of months) and have to buy a new GPU. I will be getting a r7-260x with 2GB of VRAM.
