Hi guys,
I recently got my new rig ; I5 4670K, @ 3.4 GHZ,Z87-A motherboard, gtx 770 2GB (msi gaming edition), 8GB 1600 Mhz RAM.
When playing AC4, I can play it at 60FPS constant, however it drops extremely low when entering a forest area or looking over a big expanse, it'll drop to around 30. This is VERY noticeable, no matter what I do with the settings this problem still exists - When I turn off VSync, this problem will go away and I achieve 60 FPS constant however I get horrible screen tearing
Is there any solution? It makes me not want to play AC4
