So i am pretty familiar when it comes to choosing CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU etc.however as my first build i am totally lost when it comes to motherboards. May someone suggest the cheapest possible motherboard that is good for overclocking, has 8 pin power to cpu and has an am3/am3+ CPU socket.
My build so far:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 (Best price/performance and is able to overclock beyond 4.2Ghz)
CPU cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X OC 2GB DDR5
PSU: Corsair CX 600 v2
+Two HDD (one SSD, One 1Tb 7200Rpm 6Gb/s)
+CD drive
+Fan controller (if the motherboard doesnt have at least 4x4pin fan ports)
