Hello guys,
I was using my PC one day and suddenly it shut down itself instantly, like if we pull the plug. And it the system isnt turning on and I have found the problem I think. My GPU requires extra power supply from the PSU , it has 2 - 6 pin sockets. So I tested the sockets individually by plugging one connection at a time. And I found out that If I plug in the right socket, the system starts but if I plug in the left socket the system switches on and switches off in less than a second.
Well, now I'am running the system with one connection plugged in and I can't play a game , after 5 min it freezes showing different colors and a big brrrr* sound and thats it.
Is my gfx card dead or is there any chance to repair it or something?
And btw my card is Galaxy Geforce GTX 460 768 MB , its 3 years old.
