Would someone smarter please help me with upgrading my CPU?

RS780L uATX mobo
Radeon Hd6670
600w psu
I've read what CPU I can upgrade to. I really only know it must be an am3 socket with a 95w Max. The 95w max CPU are not abundant. I saw couple Phenom II x4 960t on eBay. Would that processor work? I'm trying to stick to the Phenom II. Its pretty much a Phenom II x4 945 if not. What confuses me is the "t"? Thanks.
