there is a funny thing on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16qSDmMO3zQ try some chocolate haha. you could run your system without it but your core temps would be all different temps and you would have higher temps

OK, don't do that.
Depending on the specific type of glue, either:
It melts and kills many other things
or
Superglue, and it will not come off without a lot of work and probably killing some things
(and yes, retired Air Force)

Your CPU will overheat, then the heat will melt the glue, then the glue will kill some of the nearest small components, then you will fry your motherboard and maybe the rest of the computer, then you have no computer left
