After 7 days of research and reasearch, I am just sick of trying to find what I like. I have a budget of 900$(USD) or 600£(GPB - pounds).
I want a gaming PC that will run Battlefield smoothly on High-Ultra on 1080p (Ultra preffered obviously).
IT NEEDS TO BE ON EBAY OR SOME OTHER SITE THAT SHIPS TO CROATIA.
It doesn't have to be complete PC, my friend can build PCs. But if you find complete PC that will ship to Croatia, please post it here.

That's it guys, so far I haven't got much luck because whenever I find something I like, it goes beyond 1000$. Please no newegg lists, Newegg doesn't ship to Croatia.

This is what I would go with. You can OC the CPU and it should run BF4 well. I just used the UK PCPartPicker, so I would hope these sites ship to your location.

If you are really building this PC for BF4 consider one of the AMD cards, they are going to release Mantle soon so there wont be any difference between them and Nvidia cards.

This is my setup I use since March13. BF4 Runs flawless on ultra, considering the price drop you should get even better components, plus you can save a lot on the case :p Another hint is to get the ASRock Motherboard with MVP Virtu as a bonus if your MB has integrated Video Card (you can check the models on their web)

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard - extremly happy with this, love the MVP Virtu
Memory: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Plextor PX128-M5S
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF XB
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

This is completely true, especially with all the R9 2xxs being strictly bought for their mining capabilities of bitcoin, litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies.

But that MVP virtu that k0k0z is talking about, I've read some good stuff about it but I can't find which Motherboards have it with AM3+ chips. So far, my build is probably going to look something like this:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2ytyS
Please give me more informations about that MVP virtu and which motherboard should I use with this build. Go for cheap! :)

I apologize, I forgot it was 900 USD. You may run into an issue with BIOS compatibility. Some of the 970 chipsets need an update to work with the new Vishera CPUs, so you might want to research and see if there are specific motherboards that will work.

Regarding the motherboards, generally the higher chipsets support more features, allow for better overclocking, have more features in the BIOS for customization, have better heatsinks, or more ports, etc. Assuming the motherboard will support the CPU, then either of those should be fine for your needs.

VIRTU works only with onboard GFX cards and as far as I know currently only ASROCK offers it free with their MOBA. If you go with the AMD CPU its irrelevant as Transmaniacon noted before, you would have to go with a i5 CPU (no point getting the i7 for gaming IMHO) and integrated GFX to get that bonus, you may consider it as if you will stick in the same price range you may get some FPS benefits from the app.

Great that you can get the 7970, my mom has it, performs extremly nice.

If you can afford get a SSD if possible (if you plan BF4 64gb is the minimal size you need to get), just for the system plus most demanding games, it really makes a huge difference especialy in level loading on high details, to get a SSD I skipped a regular HD in mine build and got it slightly later

Just add a 120 GB crucial SSD and this would be perfect for you
