Right i am going to be using it for game, not high end Bf4 because ill stick to console for that.

SLI: No
Overclocking: highly doubt it, maybe a little so a cheap cooler such as the evo would do fine
Purchase date:Anytime this month.

Parts that are wanted: i5 Processor / GTX 770 or equivalent.

what i will be using it for - Moderate rendering gaming and maybe streaming.

All suggestions welcome.

maybe streaming, he'd be sacrificing the 770 for an i7, so it comes down to i5k + 770 or i7k + 760?

Having said that scan have a 770 on sales today at £218, so you might be able to shave it down enough to squeeze an i7 in there if the timing is right on purchases.
