Follow the settings to optimize the FPS for DayZ. Its simply just google for the guides or check the Steam community. It just involves editing some of the cfg files found int the DayZ folder.

People have been able to run it on very old Macbooks. Granted they do modify and turn down the graphics settings quite a bit. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to run it although it may not be optimal
